Orders received on working days before 3.00 pm and for which all the products are in stock to fulfil the order, will be dispatched the same day. We work with PostNL or the delivery service DHL.

We and PostNL/DHL do everything in our power to keep the delivery times as promised. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will inform you.
Delivery times for products that are not in stock can only be given as an approximation and will be indicated as accurately as possible on the relevant product page in the webshop.

Order tracking
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL or DHL with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track your package.

Shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands
Free shipping for orders over € 75.00. For orders under this amount, we charge € 7.50 shipping costs (VAT included).

Shipping costs for delivery within Belgium
Free shipping for orders over € 75.00. For orders under this amount, we charge € 9.95 shipping costs (VAT included).

Shipping costs for delivery to other countries
Different conditions and rates apply for shipping to other countries. The costs are shown when you enter the delivery address (country of destination). Please contact us if you have any questions.
