Orders received on working days before 3.00 pm and for which all the products are in stock to fulfil the order, will be dispatched the same day. We work with PostNL or the delivery service DHL.
We and PostNL/DHL do everything in our power to keep the delivery times as promised. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will inform you.
Delivery times for products that are not in stock can only be given as an approximation and will be indicated as accurately as possible on the relevant product page in the webshop.
Order tracking
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL or DHL with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track your package.
Order not received
If you have not received your order and/or e-mail from PostNL or DHL, please contact us via order@springfieldnutra.com or telephone number +31 (0)186-626173.
Shipping costs
From now on, we will only ship orders to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
For delivery in the UK please order our products from our partner The Natural Dispensary.

Shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands
Free shipping for orders over € 75 (VAT included). For orders under this amount, we charge € 7.50 shipping costs (21% VAT included).
Shipping costs for delivery in Belgium
Free shipping for orders over € 75 (VAT included). For orders under this amount, we charge € 9.95 shipping costs (21% VAT included).
Shipping costs for delivery in Germany
For all deliveries within Germany, we charge € 12.10 shipping costs (21% VAT included) per order.
Shipping costs for delivery in France
For all deliveries within France, we charge € 26.62 shipping costs (21% VAT included) per order.
