Fatty acids
Ingredients
Omega-3 fatty acids
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are to be regarded as essential fatty acids, because it has been found that the body cannot create these sufficiently.
Omega-6 fatty acids
Omega 6 is mainly found in vegetable oils, such as flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil and olive oil. Linoleic acid, AA (arachidonic acid) and GLA (gamma linolenic acid) are forms of omega 6.
