Directions for use

For children and adults:
During the first 12 weeks*: 6 capsules a day, divided into 2 or 3 intakes.
Then: 1 to 2 times a day 2 capsules.
Preferably during a meal.

*To replenish body stores it is necessary to start with a higher dose during the first 12 weeks.

Remarks

Does not contain artificial coloring and/or flavors.
Suitable for all ages from 5 years.
For children under five, there is Equazen liquid or Equazen chews.
