Omega-6 fatty acids
Essential fatty acids – such as omega 3 and 6 – are important for your health. Because the body can not produce omega 3 and 6 itself, it must be absorbed via food.
Omega 6 is mainly found in vegetable oils, such as flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil and olive oil. Linoleic acid, AA (arachidonic acid) and GLA (gamma linolenic acid) are forms of omega 6.
